If the application isn't already downloading, click the following button to download.
Once downloaded, run the application and provide us the ID & Password. Please note that if you close Teamviewer QuickSupport, when you reopen it, it may have created a new password which you'll need to provide us.
Please use Teamviewer QuickSupport on a non-mobile device (i.e. Desktop PC or Laptop).
